Devenger Pointe Committee Members would like to introduce themselves:

Chairperson description:

• Coordinate yearly meeting with 4 committee members

• Lead yearly meeting with 4 committee members

• Remind committee members of expiring terms

• Help recruit new committee members if necessary

• Place/Remove yard sale signs 

• Receive notification from Greenville County and work with committee members if necessary

• Resolve complaints from neighbors if necessary

Treasurer description:

• Manage checking account budget

• Balance account and keep track of surplus 

• Accounts payables for expenses

Architecture committee:

• Review requests for neighbor requests

• Decisions on neighbor requests coordinated with other architecture committee
